Physicians/Doctors   Pain Management Specialist Rehabilitation Specialist Management   Management Assistant Los Angeles, California Summary of Essential Job Duties: Provide staff support to Director, Operations Manager, Executive Assistants and others in the Department as needed. Responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, managing calendars, meeting coordination, conference room management and tracking, supply inventory, and equipment maintenance. Provide front office coverage/receptionist duties for Back institute. Educational/ Experience Requirements: High school graduate with course in business, accounting, computers and correspondence. Knowledge of general office duties, including: filing, record keeping and basic accounting skills. Working knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel. Experience in handling multiple tasks, frequently with chart timelines, prioritize and organize work and complete assignments in a timely, organized manner. Ability to interact effectively with Directors, Managers, internal staff, visitors, contractors, vendors and other external customers. Excellent customer service skills.
